HOB – The hot plates are operated by sensors, not buttons, so just hover your fingers over the ON switch and then the switches for the plates you want on. SAFETY – The property is equipped with smoke alarms on each floor, a carbon monoxide detector on the ground floor, a fire blanket, fire extinguishers and a first aid kit.
The main water stopcock is in the utility room in the back left hadn corner. Only touch this if a leak occurs. Please do not turn the water off when you leave.
POWER CUTS – Though it is rare, we do occasionally experience weather-related power cuts due to our mountain location. Be advised in the event of a power cut after approximately one hour you may also lose your mobile phone and internet signal (as the masts will also be down and have a battery back up that lasts around one hour). If you need to contact us by phone do so immediately before you, or us, become uncontactable.

The pool cover must cover the pool at all times when it is not being used.
Opening and closing the pool requires two people, one on each side. Start by opening the ratchets at the bottom of the pool and loosen the ties so they can be released from the floor pins. Once they are released go to the other end of the pool and start by releasing the top row of ties from the floor pins. Using one person at each end drag the top bar away from the pool by about 1m. Then grab the second bar down and pull towards the top bar. This will slowly reveal the pool. Once all of the bars are dragged up then the pool can be used. To close the pool simply drag the bottom bar across the length of the pool, making sure that the top section is hooked into the floor pins once in position. Then align and hook the bottom pins in and tighten the ratchets.

The pool must only be used between the hours of 8am and 9pm
You use the pool at your own risk and liability.
Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES.
The pool must be fully covered with the cover provided fully attached AT ALL TIMES when not in use to conserve energy and to prevent items and especially children from falling in.
