When it is very cold the heat pump struggles to heat both the apartment and the water. Keep doors and windows closed, try to save hot water

There is a special device that emails us if the power trips (because the hot tub does not reset itself). It is plugged in the wooden cupboard by dining room. DO NOT UNPLUG IT. Please check it each time

There is a vacuum and mop stored in the ski locker

We provide laundry pods here because washing machine drawer can't be opened

The window blinds get out of sync between the kitchen and the rest. To fix open the big ones past the height of the kitchen one then stop, close them past the height of the kitchen one then stop, then open and all should open together

Heating: master control hall cupboard, thermostats in each room

Hot water: same panel as heating in hall

Stopcock: in bathroom wall above toilet

Main fuseboard: cupboard by dining table

Replacement bulbs and batteries in basket on top of mirror in bathroom

Linen stored under master bed, mattress lifts up

General Checks

Are baby items are needed? if so there is cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat and plastic step. Stored in various locations, under bunks, in ski locker, under master bed, in lift up sofa, in bathroom cupboard

Clean high chair, baby bath, and cot

Test TV, remote, and Wi-Fi

Check lightbulbs

Test smoke and CO alarms

Clean windows

Wipe switches

Check hot water and heating

Remove cobwebs

If guests need car charger, make sure it’s turned on at the fuseboard and the credit card-type card is left out for them

Outside

Spot clean front door especially after rain

Check garden patio and balcony area clean – no dog poo,cigarette butts, damages, tables are clean

Check the ski locker/bike room is clean

Check hot tub and cover is clean and at correct temperature, chemicals are stored in the plastic box
