Refuge de Bostan
Location: Above Samoëns, accessible via the Allamands car park
Elevation: 1,763 meters
Access: Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes on foot during summer; about 2 hours in winter via skis or snowshoes
Features: Offers half-board accommodations, local and organic meals, and is situated along the GRP des Dents Blanches and Tour du Haut Giffre routes.
Refuge du Folly
Location: Above Samoëns, near the slopes of Criou
Elevation: 1,558 meters
Access: Approximately 2 hours from the Pied du Crêt parking area
Features: Accommodates up to 73 guests in summer, offers local dishes, and is a starting point for hikes to Lac des Chambres and Pointe de Bellegarde
Refuge de la Golèse
Location: Col de la Golèse, between Samoëns and Morzine

Refuge de Grenairon
Location: Above Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval
Elevation: 1,973 meters
Access: Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes from the Salvagny hamlet.
Features: Offers stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif, serves traditional Savoyard cuisine, and is a stop on the Tour du Ruan trail.
Refuge de Sales
Location: In the heart of the Sixt-Passy Nature Reserve
Elevation: 1,877 meters
Access: Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes from the Lignon hamlet
Features: Set amidst waterfalls and alpine meadows, this refuge is ideal for wildlife observation and offers half-board accommodations.
Refuge de la Vogealle
Location: Situated at 1,902 meters in the Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval Nature Reserve.
Access: Approximately 3–4 hours’ hike from the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval car park.
Features: Offers half-board accommodations, stunning views of the surrounding peaks, and proximity to Lac de la Vogealle.
Refuge Alfred Wills
Location: Located at 1,810 meters near the Chalets d’Anterne.
Access: About a 3-hour hike from Le Lignon, passing the Cascade du Rouget.

Refuge des Fonts
Location: 1,380 meters above Sixt-fer-à-Cheval
Access: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes’ hike from Les Fardelays or 2 hours from Salvagny
Features: Nestled in the heart of the Cirque des Fonts, this historic refuge, established in 1926, offers a cozy atmosphere amidst traditional alpine chalets. Refuge du Folly
Altitude: 1,556 meters above Samoëns
Access: Approximately 2 hours’ hike from the Pied du Crêt or Crêt parking areas
Features: Perched on the slopes of the Criou, the Refuge du Folly offers panoramic views over the Giffre and Arve valleys. It’s a favored stop on the Tour des Dents Blanches and serves as a base for hikes to Lac des Chambres and Pointe de Bellegarde.
