GENERAL
First job on same day changeovers set the hot water to 1 not auto on fuseboard
Check TVS, apple tv, sound bar, remote controls and wifi are working
Check all light bulbs work
Test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector
Spot clean all windows if needed
Clean lightswitches if dirty
Dust corners/beams for cobwebs – use a brush or a long feather duster
There are currently no baby items available here If needed contact HQ
Leave hot tub towels, ideally 1 per person if enough, and a bath mat for the hot tub neatly on the drawers near the dining table
Same key opens garage and all patio doors
Check the vacuum cleaner bag does not need changing, spares in garage
OUTSIDE
Check balconies are clean – no cigarette butts or damages
Check BBQ and tools. Check charcoal and fire lighters – (summer)
Check garage and ski room are clean, sweep floor, empty fluff and water from the dryer, check there is laundry detergent
BATHROOMS
Clean inside of drawers, toothbrush mug and soap dishes
Take apart shower traps, remove hair and scrub dirt
Wipe towel rail – each part collects dust
Wipe down walls / tiles
Ensure shower gel is full and neat, and a full handwash at each sink
Ensure there is a handtowel, and a bathmat, presented neatly inside the shower or on edge of bath
Clean the toilet brush and holder. Leave a little bit of gel wc in the holder
3 toilet rolls per bathroom. New rolls only, no opened rolls
LOUNGE
Empty fireplace ash (Do this before dusting or vacuuming)
Bring some logs inside (Do this before dusting or vacuuming)
Dust everywhere with a damp cloth
Check down sofas, vacuum under sofas
Clean dining table, and dining chairs, wipe and stains
Large rug: vacuum under and around edges well, try not to walk on it after as it keeps foot prints
Check kindling, fire lighters, matches (winter)
Welcome items Saucisson, on dining table on a board with wine, any other items put away
KITCHEN
Fully clean the oven, hob and extractor fan. Turn the light on above the hob (on extractor fan) while you clean the hob
Clean sink, bleach off any stains
Empty/clean dishwasher. Check no food in trap, refill salt and rinse aid if required
Leave 5 tea towels, clean oven gloves and new sponge neatly
Check there are supplies of – dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, general cleaner, kitchen roll, kitchen foil, baking paper and cling film
Clean bin and put in new bag
Clean inside every cupboard and drawer – remove all open or perishable foods
Clean fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine
Wipe work top and front of cupboards/appliances
Check fondue/raclette sets are clean, and have relevant gels or extension leads
BEDROOMS
Check bed configurations required. In rooms that can change the beds zip/unzip together, spare duvets are kept in the storage room through the garage
Dust everywhere with a damp cloth
All beds must have clean pillow and mattress protectors
1 large towel per person. If cot is used leave towel for the baby
Check inside all drawers and cupboards, vacuum if required
Vacuum under all beds
