Linen – bag linen and towels seperately. If guests have removed mattress or pillow protectors put back on beds unless stained

Check TVS, remote controls, wifi, light bulbs, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors
Spot clean all windows including Velux if needed
Clean lightswitches if dirty

Dust everywhere, including drawers and cupboards
Remove all cobwebs

Check garden, balcony and decking area clean 

Clean and check boot dryer

Clean washing machine and dryer, empty fluff

BATHROOMS
If there is any sign of black or orange mould forming YOU MUST USE BLEACH. not just vinagre.
Clean shower traps, remove hair and scrub dirt
Put bathmat and hand towel
Refill hand soap/shower gels
Clean the toilet brush and holder.
Empty bin, put bin bag
Put toilet rolls

Clean fire, bring logs, Check kindling, fire lighters, matches (winter)
Check down sofas, vacuum under sofas
Clean dining table, lift up table cloth and check table for damage 

KITCHEN
Clean oven, hob, extractor
Clean fridge
Empty/clean dishwasher. and trap 
Put tea towels, oven gloves, sponge
Check- dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, general cleaner, kitchen roll
Clean bin and put in new bag
Clean inside every cupboard and drawer – remove open or perishable foods
Clean microwave, toaster and coffee machine

BEDROOMS
All beds should have clean pillow and mattress protectors
Large indoor towel plus hot tub towel per person. If cot is used leave towels for the baby
Vacuum under all beds
Clean drawers under bunk beds
