Check all TVS, remote controls, wifi, light bulbs, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
Spot clean all windows including Velux if needed
Clean lightswitches if dirty

OUTSIDE
Check garden, balcony and decking area clean – no cigarette butts, damages, tables are clean
Check BBQ and tools. – (summer)

Check 2 keys, 1 in box, other usually on wooden table/trolley in kitchen
Crack in front door window is pre-existing

BATHROOMS
Refill cosmetics, the refills are kept in the storage room through the ski locker, handsoap is under kitchen sink
Take apart shower traps, remove hair and scrub dirt
Wipe towel rail – each part collects dus
Put bathmat, toilet paper
Clean toilet, inside, seat and around base. If needed, use bleach to remove yellow spots.
Clean the toilet brush and holder. Leave a little bit of gel wc in the holder
Empty bin, make sure there is a bin bag

LOUNGE

Empty fireplace ash
Bring in a few logs
Clean tv screen – cloth only no product
Check down sofas, vacuum under cushions and under sofas
Check cushions and throws are clean, if not remove for cleaning
Dust corners/beams for cobwebs – use long feather duster
Check kindling, fire lighters, matches (winter)

KITCHEN
Oven fully cleaned, hob cleaned 
Wipe extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, microwave
Clean sink, bleach off any stains
Empty/clean dishwasher. Check no food in trap
Leave 3 tea towels, clean oven gloves and new sponge neatly
Check there are supplies of – dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, general cleaner, kitchen roll
Clean bin and put in new bag
Clean inside every cupboard and drawer – remove all open or perishable foods
Make sure there are 12 wine glasses and 12 water glasses (spares are in the storage room through ski locker)
Empty and clean fridge, cracks are pre-existing

BEDROOMS
All beds should have clean pillow and mattress protectors
Master bedroom use grey linen bedding, please use 2 sheets, one as a bottom sheet and the other as a top sheet under the duvet
2 pillows per person
Large and small towel per person. If cot is used leave towels for the baby
Vacuum under all beds
Clean drawers under bunk beds
Check balcony is clean – master bedroom

GAMES ROOM DOWNSTAIRS
Plus in small fridge and wall sign for guests
Check pool table is undamaged, gently vacuum if needed
Check there is pool cues with tips on and chalk
Check there is a ball for the football table
