PARKING – No marked spaces, park anywhere. The apartment is the nearest apartment to the driveway, on the ground floor.

Check all light bulbs work
Test smoke alarm
Spot clean all windows if needed
Clean lightswitches if dirty
Make sure vacuum cleaner is left emptied and on charge
Always make main bed plus 2 bunks (can fold duvets on bunks) Only make pull out bed if asked to

Linen is stored in drawers in bed. Supplies are stored in the cupboard in corner of lounge by door, key is in cupboard next to it on top of electric box

OUTSIDE
Check patio area clean – no cigarette butts, damages etc
Check BBQ and tools. Check BBQ gas – (summer)

BATHROOM
Ensure there is a bathmat and a hand towel
Refill bottles if needed stored in supply cupboard

LOO
If it won’t flush you need to run water into the basin on top
Clean toilet brush every time
Leave plenty of loo roll (in supply cupboard)

LOUNGE/KITCHEN
Clean all table mats/coasters
Don’t forget to clean microwave (inside the cupboard)
Check in every drawer
Empty/clean dishwasher. Check no food in trap
Make sure at least 3 tea towels, oven gloves, sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags, kitchen roll
