Tasks on arrival:
Check 2 sets of front door keys, plus garage remote and keys hanging on hooks in kitchen
Check balcony area clean – no cigarette butts, damages, tables are clean
(Winter) Thermostats x 2 set to middle, control panel set to Comfort Mode
Shutters are secured properly – cannot blow around in wind
Hoover has a plastic clasp for holding bag in place – check not lost/ removed by guests:

(Summer) Check patio furniture for damages/ scratches to tables if glass, clean tables and furniture as needed)
(Summer) Check balcony railings and exterior window ledges for dust/dirt/bird poo, clean as needed

During clean:
Lay bedding out as per pictures in linen cupboard
Kitchen drawers and cupboards to be tidied
Oven to be cleaned weekly
Clean coffee machine and tea pot
Shower trap pulled out and cleaned – 2 parts
No fingerprints on windows in living room
Area behind bin cleaned

Anomalies:
Tablecloth and table length to change depending on number of guests
Owner towels and bedding used for owner weeks

Spare bulbs and batteries: In linen cupboard – guests do not have access
Vacuum / Mop + Bucket: Stored in hallway cupboard – bags in linen cupboard
Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 bunk room, 1 twin.1 pillow per guest
All bedding matched as per pictures in linen cupboard
Extra Bed: 1 sofa bed if needed. Extra pillows and duvets inside sofa and linen cupboard
Cot / Highchair: In linen cupboard, extra mattress for cot
Water Tap: 2 taps in bathroom, inside wall to the right of washing machine
Fuse box: Cupboard in hallway
Towels: 1 bath and 1 hand towel per guest Ski Locker / Garage: Basement
