When it is very cold the heat pump struggles to heat both the apartment and the water. Keep doors and windows closed and try to save hot water

There is a special device that emails us if the power trips (because the hot tub does not reset itself). It is plugged in the wooden cupboard by dining room. DO NOT UNPLUG IT. Please check it each time

There is a vacuum and folding mop for guests in the wooden cupboard. Do not try and clean with these. Use the proper ones which are stored in the ski locker.

The window blinds get out of synch between the kitchen and the rest. To fix open the big ones past the height of the kitchen one then stop, close them past the height of the kitchen one then stop, then open and all should open together

Check if baby items are needed if so there is a cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat and plastic step. These are stored in various locations, under bunks, in ski locker, under master bed, in lift up sofa, in bathroom cupboard.Clean high chair before and after each use. Ensure cot is clean, wipe off stains. Wipe baby bath
Check TVS, remote controls and wifi are working
Check all light bulbs work
Test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
Spot clean all windows
Clean lightswitches if dirty

OUTSIDE
Spot clean front door especially after rain
Check garden patio and balcony area clean – no cigarette butts, damages, tables are clean
Cushions for outdoor chairs are stored in ski locker and in sofa
Check the ski locker is clean and that the boot dryer timer is in place and set to reasonable times
Check BBQ and tools. Check charcoal and fire lighters – (summer)
Check hot tub and cover is clean and at correct temperature, chemicals are stored in the plastic box
Winter – Check salt and snow shovel

HALLWAY
Check 2 keys
Vacuum all rugs and doormats
Dust corners/beams for cobwebs
Check guest vacuum in cupboard is empty and charging

BATHROOMS
Never use metal scourers.
Check inside of cupboards and drawers
Clean all mirrors
Take apart shower traps, remove hair and scrub dirt
Clean shower door and tray
Clean toothbrush mug and soap dishes
Wipe towel rail – each part collects dust
Wipe down walls / tiles
Ensure there is a bathmat; folded displaying the embroidery and 2 white hand towels, neatly rolled
Check full bottle of shower gel and hand wash, bottles are clean,undamaged, and displayed nicely
Clean toilet, inside, seat and around base. If needed, use bleach to remove yellow spots.
Clean the toilet brush and holder. Leave a little bit of gel wc in the holder
Empty bin, make sure there is a bin bag
3 toilet rolls per bathroom. New rolls only, no opened rolls
Vacuum/mop floor

LOUNGE

Clean tv screen – cloth only no product
Check down sofas, vacuum under sofas
Check cushions are clean, if not remove for cleaning
Wipe furniture, shelves and pictures
Clean and organise coffee table including drawers
Check inside all cupboards and drawers
Clean dining table
Vacuum dining chairs, wipe any stains
Leave saucisson, wine and chocolate nicely presented on dining table with the guest book (always check the guest book for negative comments)
Dust corners/beams for cobwebs
vacuum/mop floor
Leave one grey towel per person and one bath mat on stool in corner (for hot tub use)

KITCHEN
If milk and/or juice in welcome pack put in fridge
Put away any dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc from welcome pack
Oven fully cleaned, hob cleaned with light on above (on extractor fan)
Wipe extractor fan
Clean sink
Empty/clean dishwasher. Check no food in trap
Leave 3 tea towels, clean oven gloves and new sponge neatly
Check there are supplies of – dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, general cleaner, kitchen roll
Clean bin and put in new bag
Clean inside every cupboard and drawer – remove all open or perishable foods
Clean microwave, toaster and coffee machine
Wipe work top and front of cupboards/appliances
Empty and clean fridge

BEDROOMS
All beds should have clean pillow and mattress protectors
2 pillows per person
Dress beds properly with cushions/throws
Large white towel per person neatly rolled on beds. If cot is used leave towel for the baby
Check in all drawers and cupboards, vacuum if required
Vacuum under all beds
Wipe furniture, shelves and pictures
Empty all bins
