Check if baby items are needed if so there are 2 sets available,one set is up on mezzanine in garage, one set in cupboard near basement kitchen. Clean high chairs before and after each use. Ensure cots are clean, wipe off stains. Wipe baby bath

Check TVS, remote controls and wifi are working
Check all light bulbs work
Test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
Spot clean all windows including Velux if needed
MAKE SURE VELUXS ARE ACTUALLY CLOSED GUESTS LEAVE THEM OPEN
Clean lightswitches if dirty

OUTSIDE – ground level
Check garden and patio area clean – no cigarette butts, damages, tables are clean
Check BBQ and tools. Check charcoal and fire lighters – (summer)

HALLWAY
Vacuum all rugs and doormats
Dust corners/beams for cobwebs – use long feather duster – in garage

BATHROOMS
Never use metal scourers.
Check inside of cupboards and drawers
Clean all mirrors
Take apart shower traps, remove hair and scrub dirt
Scrub and polish bath, sink and taps
Clean shower door and tray
Clean toothbrush mug and soap dishes
Wipe towel rail – each part collects dust
Wipe down walls / tiles
Ensure there is a bathmat
Check full bottle of shower gel and hand soap in each bathroom, if needed swap for full ones and send empties back to HQ
Clean toilet, inside, seat and around base. If needed, use bleach to remove yellow spots.
Clean the toilet brush and holder. Leave a little bit of gel wc in the holder
Empty bin, make sure there is a bin bag
3 toilet rolls per bathroom. New rolls only, no opened rolls
Vacuum/mop floor

LOUNGE

Empty fireplace ash
Clean fireplace glass
Bring logs in to fill gap under fire (all year round)
Clean tv screen – cloth only no product
Check down sofas, vacuum under sofas
Check cushions are clean, if not remove for cleaning
Wipe furniture, shelves and pictures
Clean and organise coffee table including drawers
Check inside all cupboards and drawers
Clean dining table, if owner coming leave fondue set out on display on dining table
Vacuum dining chairs, wipe any stains
Large rugs: vacuum under and around edges well
Dust corners/beams for cobwebs – use long feather duster – in garage
Check kindling, fire lighters, matches (winter)

KITCHEN
Welcome items – food and drink items either in fridge or displayed nicely. Other things like dishwasher tabs put away
Oven fully cleaned, hob cleaned with light on above (on extractor fan)
Wipe extractor fan
Clean sink, bleach off any stains
Empty/clean dishwasher. Check no food in trap
Leave 3 tea towels, clean oven gloves and new sponge neatly
Check there are supplies of – dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, general cleaner, kitchen roll
Clean bin and put in new bag
Clean inside every cupboard and drawer – remove all open or perishable foods
Clean microwave, toaster and coffee machine
Wipe work top and front of cupboards/appliances
Empty and clean fridge (freezer door isn’t attached properly, just wedge it in best you can)

DOWNSTAIRS
Check table tennis table for damage and that there are plenty of balls
Check and clean fridge and kitchen if neccesary
Remove tumble dryer fluff and empty

BEDROOMS
All beds should have clean pillow and mattress protectors
Downstairs left room is king, all others (except bunk room) can be twins or superkings, always make all beds
2 pillows per person
Bath robes left in wardrobes neatly hanging, one per person, double tie belts and tuck arms in neatly so we know if they get used or not
Dress beds properly with cushions/throws
Large towel per person. Small towel per bathroom If cot is used leave towels for the baby
Check in all drawers and cupboards, vacuum if required
Vacuum under all beds
Wipe furniture, shelves and pictures
Empty all bins

OUTSIDE – lounge level
Check sauna, hoover and clean glass
Clean decking floor
Check hot tub and cover is clean and at temperature
Sweep outside front door if needed

GARAGE
CHECK THE LIGHTS ON THE SEWAGE PUMP BOARD. IF ANY ARE RED PHONE MARK IMMEDIATELY
HOT WATER BOOSTED on fusebox every changeover: 2 switches from Auto to 1
Check snow shovel and salt. At least 1 full bag salt unopened (winter)
Check freezer
Make sure Henri bag is not too full and rechargeable vacuum is totally empty and on charge ready for guest use

On landing. Key hidden in top of wall light directly opposite. Door lock feels dodgy but it does work
